    • Meal Guests will NOT receive souvenirs or have the option to add those. There will be a limited number of souvenirs at the NAME Sales Table for purchase.

    •    June 24, 2025 Convention Cancellation Deadline: 
    Must email your cancellation to kim@miniatures.org or mail cancellation form by June 24th. $40 Cancellation fee.

    Day Passes

    Convention Day Passes

    Day passes will cost $30 each for NAME members. Non-NAME members, their first day pass is $65 which includes a basic NAME membership, and then each day after that is $30

    Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are considered as one day. All other days are one day, except for Sunday. If you have purchased a day pass for any day of the week, Sunday is a free day.

    When purchasing a day pass, that will allow you to attend any function that is being held on that day.

    • If you wish to take a class on Thursday, you will need to purchase a day pass for Thursday. Then you will also be able to go into the sales room on opening day, purchase Roundtable kits, and sign up for the Thursday Night Project.
    • Friday day passes will allow you to take a class, sign up for a theme luncheon, go to the sales room, and take part in the garage sale. You will also be able to attend the auctions Friday night.
    • Wednesday night Gala is open to all, so if you just want to attend the Gala, you can sign up for just that.  At the moment the Gala is full with a waitlist so please add yourself to the waitlist because cancellations do happen.

    Can day pass buyers also participate in the Houseparty Helper raffle? YES! BUT, you must come back after the dinner on Saturday night, as the winners must be present to win.

    Day pass buyers do not get any of the three meals that are included in the full registration. They will not receive the souvenir. They also cannot sell roundtable kits.

    If a day pass purchaser signs up for a class and they cannot attend the class, they will be responsible for the shipping of the kit(s) to them. No kits will be sent before the shipping is paid.

     

    Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are mainly workshop days. If you wish to take a class on any of these days, you will need to purchase the preconvention day pass. A day pass is not needed for the Gala.

    Thursday, day passes will allow you to be able to take any of the open Thursday workshops, go to the sales room on opening day, visit the exhibit room, go to the hospitality room, see the Houseparty Helpers, you may purchase tickets for the raffle items, but you must come back Saturday night for the drawing. You must be present to win any raffles. You will be able to shop the Roundtables and attend the Thursday Night Project if you have signed up for that workshop. You will not be able to attend the opening luncheon.  You will not be able to participate in the shoebox sale at the Thursday Evening Workshop.

    Friday: your day pass will allow you to take a class that is still open on Friday. You will be able to sign up for a Theme Luncheon, which does include the meal and you will get the souvenir for that specific luncheon, go into the sales room, attend any of the Home improvement seminars, go to the home improvement seminars, exhibit room, hospitality room, see the Houseparty Helpers, and again you can purchase tickets, but have to be present Saturday night to win. If you are an AOH or a Life member, you will be invited to the AOH/Life member reception, you can have fun in the garage sale, and stay and participate in the auctions.

    Saturday: day passes will allow you to take a theme luncheon and get into the sales room. You can go to the exhibits and hospitality rooms, look at the houseparty helpers and purchase tickets for the raffles, but again, you need to come back after the dinner in order to win, as you must be present to win, and attend any home improvement seminars. Regional and the Business meetings are open to all NAME members to attend regardless of day pass purchase. You will not be able to attend the banquet on Saturday night.

    Day passes do not include any of the three meals, the opening luncheon, the Saturday night banquet, nor the Sunday brunch. It does not include any of the souvenirs from the three meal functions as stated above.

    Day pass purchasers must be at the venue by the sign in time listed on the convention schedule which is available online at https://miniatures.org/25Cincy under the “Online Packet Page” tab.  Please check the schedule for the days that you purchase to pick up your special badge. Badges must be worn at all times in order to attend all of these functions. 

    You can immediately sign up for activities once you have purchased your Day Passes or at the same time you purchase your Day Passes.
