•    General Registration for ALL NAME MEMBERS  Is NOW Open. Click here

• Souvenir Option ($295)
• Souvenir Artists: Karen Benson, Taryn Reece, Cheryl Hubbard, & Cindy Hass

• Meal Guest Registration is NOW open. Click here
• Must be accompanying a person already registered for the convention.
• If you wish to bring a guest and you have not registered for the convention do that with the general registration link first, and then return to use the meal guest link.
• Meal Guests will NOT receive souvenirs or have the option to add those. There will be a limited number of souvenirs at the NAME Sales Table for purchase.

•    MARCH 22, 2025 Pre-Convention Activity Registration opens (for those already registered for the convention):
Registration for workshops on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

•    MARCH 23, 2025 Convention Activity Registration Opens (for those already registered for the convention):
Registration for workshops on Thursday & Fridays, Theme Luncheons, Thursday Evening Workshop, NAME Gala & purchase the souvenir book.

•    April, 10 2025 Roundtable Deadline:The form is available under the tab labeled Online Packet pages. Check out the new changes! 

•    April 19, 2025 Day Pass Registration Opens:

•    April 25, 2025 Form Postmark deadline:
Please email or mail your forms for table seating, swaps, etc. by this date to the address/email on the form.

•    June 24, 2025 Convention Cancellation Deadline: 
Must email your cancellation to kim@miniatures.org or mail cancellation form by June 24th. $40 Cancellation fee.

•    August 14-17, 2025: See you in Cincy!
